There are many communication channels in use during the Junction weekend, so we figured to take this chance and explain it here as clearly as possible. Even though some of the information is overlapping between the platforms, each platform has its own purpose as a communications channel.

Junction Platform

Junction 2024 dashboard on Junction Platform is where the most important interactions between the team, participant and partners happens. This is where you have already applied for the event.

Your next steps after being accepted should be:

  1. Confirm or cancel your application.
  2. Make a team or join existing one.
  3. Fill information in your Junction Platform Profile if you are interested in recruitment. Our Partner companies will be checking it out. We asked same questions in registrations, but they are not linked to the profile automatically, so make sure to do that AGAIN.
  4. One member from the team creates a project submission.
  5. By Saturday 00:00 submit a draft for a team count.
  6. FINAL submission by Sunday 10:00.

The check-in at the venue and submissions on Sunday will be handled through your dashboard. So make sure to remember your login details.

Discord

This year we are using Discord as the main discussion channel for all communication between partners, participants and the Junction team. You will stay up to date through the #announcements channel and can ask questions from organizers there.
